FAQ about events held at Las Olas Fine Arts
How do I schedule an event?
It's easy. Call 954-767-0063 or email Shawn Steele at lofa@bellsouth.net
and give us some basic information about your event---number of people,
date, type of event and we will contact you to answer
additional questions.
How much notice is required for a reservation?
For some events, one week notice is all that is needed. We also will
take reservations up to a year in advance. We can only guarantee a
reservation once you have completed our rental agreement that our staff
will supply you with.
Do I need to make a down payment to reserve the space?
Yes,
to ensure our scheduling commitments we require a partially-refundable
deposit returned with the rental agreement. The gallery accepts
corporate and private checks, as well as major credit cards.
Do you work with specific caterers?
We can recommend a number of exceptional caterers that can fulfill the
varied culinary needs of corporations, non-profit groups, and private
clients.
What times are available for an event?
We are flexible in accommodating events everyday of the week including weekends.
Does the gallery provide parking?
The gallery does not provide parking, however, there are a number of
parking options such as parking lots, and meter parking available right
beside the gallery. If your guests desire valet service, we can provide
the appropriate arrangements at an additional cost.
Can additional decorations be brought into the gallery?
Las Olas Fine Arts' exhibitions offer exceptional environments for events. We ask that guests respect the gallery walls as exhibition space.
